Shipping and Returns
How long does it take for my merchandise to get to me?
	All orders are custom manufactured to your specifications. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the manufacturing process and about 1 week for shipping. All shipments are via freight truck.
How will my merchandise get to me?
	Your merchandise will be shipping to you via freight truck. The shipments are too large to go UPS or FEDEX. You will either need to help the driver or have someone there strong enough to unload the shipment. The shipment will be delivered to your road. The driver will not deliver into your house or your garage. YOU WILL NEED PEOPLE THERE TO HELP YOU RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT.
Returns
	Everything is custom made to your specifications. There are NO returns. If there is a mistake to your order or it was not made to your specifications please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
What are the steps when I receive my shipment?
	Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Please inspect the box for any damage and if so please take pictures. You will also need to note any damage on the Bill of Lading and possibly refuse the shipment if any damage is done to your merchandise. While the driver is there unpack the box and inspect for any damage inside that might be hidden. Your package just came across the country and has been through many trucks and loading terminals. If any damage please note on Bill of Lading and most importantly do not sign unless you know there is no damage or is noted.
